FAQ 1: How much will it cost?

The price of the first session is $135. Each session after the first session is $120/hr. Additional costs will be added starting after the first 15 minutes over the 1-hour mark. (15 min over = $30, 30 min over= $60, 45 min over = $90)

FAQ 2: Do You Accept Insurance?

Currently, I only accept Aetna insurance. For the most part, my practice is self-pay.

FAQ 3: How Do I Pay?

The following forms of payment are accepted: debit, credit, HSA, check, and cash

FAQ 4: How Long Are the Sessions?

I try to keep individual sessions between 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Group sessions are typically 11/2 hrs. to 2 hrs. long. There are times when we may go over.

FAQ 5: Do You Provide Virtual Sessions?

Yes, please inquire about virtual sessions if you are interested.

FAQ 6: How Do Virtual Sessions Work?

The therapist will email a link to a secure platform. By clicking that link, you will enter a waiting room. The therapist will allow you access when the session time begins.

FAQ7: How Do Groups Work?

Groups are all virtual right now. Upon signing up for a group, the client will receive a link to a secure platform where sessions will be held.

FAQ 8: How Do I Get Started

1. Clink on First Session to schedule and pay for your first session.

2. Go to the forms tab and download the appropriate form. Fill that form out and bring it

with you to the first session.

3. Check the FAQ page for questions. If you have a question that is not on the FAQ page, reach out to me through email or contact form

FAQ 9: How Long Does Therapy Take?

It depends! Not everyone has the same problem and everyone's level of motivation is different so I cannot give you definite time frames. Most people attend somewhere between 10 and 16 sessions. But remember, this may be different for you.
